“Struggling Readers and Dyslexia” Cheryl Ward MA CALP   

Cheryl Ward works with struggling readers with dyslexia in private practice at the North Shore Center, in Mequon, WI, and at the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Milwaukee. Cheryl is also the Past-President of the Wisconsin Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) and continues her advocacy work locally in Wisconsin and nationally. Cheryl is among the founding members of the Wisconsin Reading Coalition working to inform educators, legislators, and the public about evidence-based reading practices for students and reading preparation for teachers to ensure all students will be lifelong literate participants in the intellectual process of gaining meaning from print.
